On 31 October 2026, Red Tree takes over the entire ground floor of Roomers Berlin in Charlottenburg: Manon, Roomers Bar, lobby and patio. Hidden from the street and framed by the historic architecture, the patio becomes the centre of the night – a seated dinner that unfolds into a celebration for around 250 guests, curated in black and red and deliberately intimate in scale.
Everything on this page reflects the current planning status. The final running order will be aligned with the Roomers team and confirmed in your ticket email. What will remain is the rhythm of the night: arriving after dark, taking your seat for dinner, then the evening opens into its next chapter.
The second chapter can be entered on its own. The first cannot. Dinner is reserved for those who stay for the full arc of the evening: the table, the transition, and the night that follows.

A boutique hotel set within an Art Nouveau landmark in Charlottenburg, designed by August Endell and completed in 1913. Since 2025 the historic house has been part of Roomers Hotels. Today it brings together 87 rooms and suites, the Roomers Bar and Manon – Brasserie Nouvelle by The Duc Ngo.
At the heart of the building lies the patio, enclosed on all four sides and hidden from the outside. The winter garden opens directly onto it – the natural movement of the night: arrival, drinks, dinner, party.
The Red Tree blooms red all year. For this one night it loses its colour, and at midnight it bleeds. That is the whole idea, and the dress code follows it: dress up, as far as you like - masks, horns, fake blood, gowns, latex. Black and red is the theme. The one thing we ask is effort: nothing off the rack, nothing that looks cheap.
Roomers Berlin, Steinplatz 4, 10623 Berlin-Charlottenburg. Walking distance from Zoologischer Garten and from Ernst-Reuter-Platz. Taxis and ride services stop directly in front of the house. There is no guest car park, so public transport or a car service is the easier choice.
Entry is 18 and over, and ID is checked at the door. Bring the reference from your confirmation email. Doors for the dinner are at 19:00, for the party at 21:00. There is a cloakroom at the entrance.
A photo and film crew works throughout the evening for the aftermovie and the photo set. There are signs at the entrance and the crew is recognisable. Tell the crew or a member of staff if you would rather not appear, and let us know at the door.
The house has 87 rooms and suites. If you would like one, pick Dinner, Party & Room when you apply. The number of rooms we can hold is very limited, and the hotel confirms availability and rate. An afterhour is possible for guests staying in the house.
