You can come for the second chapter alone. You cannot come for the first one alone: the table always leads into the night.
Sixty seats in the winter garden and along the covered edge of the courtyard. A best of Manon, the brasserie of The Duc Ngo, served family style and passed around. Candles on every table, name cards set in wax, live sound in organic downtempo. Black service, red gloves.
The courtyard opens for around 400 guests. The tree becomes the stage and the booth sits directly underneath it. Melodic, afro and organic house, an international headliner from 01:00, and low-lying fog until the doors close.

An art nouveau building by August Endell, the architect of the Hackesche Höfe, finished in 1913. Since 2025 it has been a Roomers house, run by the Gekko Group, part of the Autograph Collection. 87 rooms and suites, and Manon, the brasserie of The Duc Ngo, as its kitchen.
Behind the façade lies a green courtyard, closed on all four sides. The winter garden leads straight out into it. That sequence is the evening: arrival, table, courtyard.

The Red Tree blooms red all year. For this one night it loses its colour, and at midnight it bleeds. That is the whole idea, and the dress code follows it: dark, elegant, one note of red. Halloween as a question of taste, not a fancy-dress party.
Roomers Berlin, Am Steinplatz 4, 10623 Berlin-Charlottenburg. Walking distance from Zoologischer Garten and from Ernst-Reuter-Platz. Taxis and ride services stop directly in front of the house. There is no guest car park, so public transport or a car service is the easier choice.
Entry is 18 and over, and ID is checked at the door. Bring the reference from your confirmation email. Doors for the dinner are at 18:00, for the party at 21:00. There is a cloakroom at the entrance.
A photo and film crew works throughout the evening for the aftermovie and the photo set. There are signs at the entrance and the crew is recognisable. Tell the crew or a member of staff if you would rather not appear, and let us know at the door.
The house has 87 rooms and suites. If you would like one, pick Dinner, Party & Room when you apply. The number of rooms we can hold is very limited, and the hotel confirms availability and rate. An afterhour is possible for guests staying in the house.
