Terms & Conditions
Ticket terms for Black & Blood on Saturday, 31 October 2026 at the Roomers Berlin Steinplatz. Governed by German law (Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen). Available in German on request.
1. Who you are contracting with
The organiser of Black & Blood and your contractual partner for tickets is Fifteen-Love GbR, Karl-von-Drais Straße 6, 60435 Frankfurt am Main, Germany, represented by Fabio C. Masilla (info@fifteen-love.de). Red Tree is an event brand of Fifteen Love Studios. The full provider details are in the imprint.
The Roomers Berlin Steinplatz is the venue and our host for the evening. It is not a party to your ticket contract. Rooms are a separate matter, see section 9.
2. How a ticket contract comes about
Access to this event is curated. The steps are:
- You send a request through halloween.redtree-events.de. A request is not yet a booking and gives you no claim to a place.
- We review it. If we can offer you a place, you receive an email with a personal purchase link. The link is valid for a limited time, which is stated in that email.
- The purchase itself runs through our ticket shop, operated on our behalf by pretix (rami.io GmbH). The contract for the ticket comes into being when we confirm your order by email - not when you send the request.
We may decline a request without giving reasons. There is no legal entitlement to admission.
3. Categories and prices
All prices include statutory VAT.
| Category | Price | What it covers |
|---|---|---|
| Party Ticket | 49 EUR | Admission to the courtyard from 21:00 |
| Party & Room | 49 EUR + 140 EUR | Admission plus a double room, booked with the hotel |
| Dinner & Party | 135 EUR | Seat at the table, three courses, plus the night |
| Dinner, Party & Room | 135 EUR + 140 EUR | As above, plus a double room, booked with the hotel |
| Creator Access | free | Curated, by invitation, non-transferable |
| Guest list | free | By personal invitation link, limited number per link |
Drinks are not included unless expressly stated. The 140 EUR for a double room including breakfast is charged by the hotel, not by us.
4. Payment
Payment is due immediately on ordering, by the methods offered in the shop. If payment has not reached us within three days, and in any case by the end of the reservation period stated in your order, the reservation lapses and the place goes back to the next person. We will tell you before that happens.
An invoice is issued once payment is received and is sent to you by email.
5. Your ticket, and getting in
- Your ticket carries a QR code. Bring it on your phone or on paper.
- One code admits one person. A code that has already been scanned will not be accepted a second time.
- Tickets are personalised. Please bring photo ID; we may ask for it at the door and may refuse admission if the name does not match.
- Doors for dinner guests: 18:00. Doors for the courtyard: 21:00. The night ends at 03:00.
- Dress code: black tie meets blood red. We may refuse admission if it is plainly disregarded.
Keep your ticket to yourself. Anyone who presents the code first gets in, and we cannot tell a copy from an original.
6. Minimum age 18
This is an adults-only event. Admission is from 18 years of age. We check ID at the door and refuse admission to anyone under 18, without refund. Alcohol is served under the German Protection of Young Persons Act (Jugendschutzgesetz); we do not serve minors and we do not accept accompanying adults as a substitute for age.
7. No right of withdrawal
8. Cancellation, changes, and if the event does not happen
By you. An unpaid order can be cancelled in the shop until payment is due. A paid ticket cannot be returned (see section 7). If you cannot come, write to us: we will try to pass your place on as a courtesy, but we do not owe you that and cannot promise it.
By us. If we cancel the event, you get the full ticket price back, to the means of payment you used. If we move it to another date, your ticket stays valid for the new date; if that date does not suit you, tell us within 14 days of the announcement and you get the ticket price back.
What is not refunded: travel, accommodation booked elsewhere, and any other costs you incurred around the evening. Rooms booked with the Roomers follow the hotel's own cancellation terms.
Programme. Line-up, running order and individual programme items may change. Changes of that kind do not entitle you to a refund, as long as the character of the evening is preserved.
9. Rooms are booked with the hotel
A double room at the Roomers Berlin Steinplatz costs 140 EUR including breakfast. If you asked for a room, the hotel writes to you directly with the booking link and the check-in details. The accommodation contract is between you and the hotel, on the hotel's terms and with the hotel's cancellation rules and payment. We only pass on your request. Please do not book the room somewhere else in the meantime, and do not send us payment for it.
10. House rules and house right
The Roomers Berlin Steinplatz and we exercise house right on the night. We may refuse admission, or ask a guest to leave, without refunding the ticket, where someone is plainly intoxicated, behaves in a way that endangers or harasses others, disregards the house rules or the dress code, or brings weapons, drugs, glass, or their own drinks onto the premises.
We do not tolerate harassment, discrimination or violence in any form. Anyone who behaves that way leaves, and does so without a refund.
11. Photography and filming
The evening is photographed and filmed for the documentation of the event and for later publication by Red Tree and its partners. By entering you accept that you may appear in these recordings and that they may be published without a further fee. The legal basis is our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR and sections 22 and 23 of the German Art Copyright Act (KUG).
If you do not want to appear, tell the photo team on site or write to info@fifteen-love.de and we will keep you out of published material. Details are in the privacy notice.
12. Liability
We are liable without limitation for injury to life, body or health, for intent and gross negligence, and where liability is mandatory by law. In cases of ordinary negligence we are liable only for breach of an obligation that is essential to performing the contract, and then limited to the damage that was foreseeable and typical for this kind of contract.
You look after your own belongings. Cloakroom use is at your own risk unless we have taken items into safekeeping expressly and in writing.
13. Force majeure
If the event cannot take place because of circumstances outside our control - an official order, a natural event, a power failure at the venue, or a comparable case - we may cancel or move it. Section 8 applies to what happens with your ticket.
14. Your data
How we handle your details, who processes them on our behalf and what rights you have is set out in the privacy notice.
15. Final provisions
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory law of your country of residence.
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged and not willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
Should a provision of these terms be or become invalid, the remainder stays in force.
