Before the courtyard opens, the evening begins quietly. Sixty people, and a kitchen that cooks the way you would at home if home were a brasserie in Charlottenburg. Nothing is plated for one. Everything goes to the middle and gets passed.

What comes to the table.

A best of the Manon menu, chosen by the kitchen and served family style. The exact dishes are set closer to the date, with the season. What does not change: it keeps coming until nobody reaches any more.

How the table runs.

18:00 Arrival & Blood Orange welcome In through the red corridor. Cloakroom, first drink, first frames.
18:30 Seating · The Last Supper Long tables, candles, name cards set in wax.
19:00 Dinner, family style Roomers and Red Tree open the evening. Then the table fills up and stays full.
21:00 The courtyard opens The break in the evening. You are already inside when everyone else arrives.

Running order as planned. Final times are set with the Roomers team.

The table is the smallest part of the night and the first to fill. Applications are read by hand.
